Once you've had BSSO it won't look overly projected anymore.

Yeah it is narrow and ideally it would be nice to fix it too but I’m not sure I’ll be able to fit everything in the time frame I’d like so I might just have to accept it. MSE is also a somewhat new procedure with little before/after results so I’d want to see more of those before I even think about that.
I had braces as a kid so my bite is pretty much perfect aside from my top front 4 teeth slightly overjetting because I lost my retainer and they shifted a bit.

I don’t have any functional issues. It’s purely for aesthetic reasons. I really need to do research though to figure out the degree to which it’ll affect my front because I don’t want it to only noticeably improve my side profile or else it wouldn’t be worth tens of thousands imo.

His chin is weak and has no projection which is far from ideal. Considering how his upper jaw would be brought forward with a lefort 1, his chin will look even WORSE with more maxillary forward growth. I know his lower third will be brought forward as well with BSSO but he at least needs some chin fillers for more projection since his current chin is subhuman.

I don’t know but he doesn’t have good forward growth. I’m not a maxillofacial surgeon to know the exact mms needed to give him a side profile. Personally i think that even if you do fine with females, you can still always improve your looks to make it even easier. My unfixable failo is a long midface.

Yeah that’s my mindset. I do well with girls but why not improve myself if I can? Why not make things even easier with girls, open up opportunities with even more attractive ones, and give myself more self confidence so that I don’t have to be insecure about my looks anymore? I try to apply that same mindset to everything in life tbh.

Yeah I was debating getting buccal fat removal too but idk. I really don’t want to age myself prematurely and by most accounts with the procedure you’d be removing the “good fat” in your face. Lefort 1/BSSO/Genio will have to be enough to give me some angularity.

Yeah bro, I don’t even take creatine because I don’t want to raise my DHT. I’ve only seriously lifted since middle of last summer. I also haven’t lifted the last month and a half because of this corona shit. I really think people here underestimate natty lifting. My diet is pretty good and I really push myself in the gym and boxing so I make gains quickly. To be fair that pic is with a post workout pump and good lighting so it’s a lot easier to look good in those conditions.
