Just hop on test it will widen your face much more if you arent supper recessed u can also try a pallet expander if you have a narrow pallet

No, but I think you can get a chinwing on top of bimax

yes ofc but dont expect a miracle esp when it comes to wider face

You can get a small amount of ramus widening in your bimax if your surgeon knows how to do it.

Growing the masseter (roiding or chewing) won’t necessarily add width where you want it.

please just augment it separately or go to a surgeon that does both, alot of surgeons.. esp if ur getting bimax for health reasons, dont know how to augment the gonians properly to actually accentuate the jaw.

It will eiden naturally a little bit with bimax. But overall bimax is cope for front unless down graft and impaction or genion vertical change

i have to get it medically. i’m 15 so i dont really have a day of where to get it or what surgeons. any help

Bimax will primarily give you more developement in the saggital plain. If you want growth in the Frontal plane you need to get Lefort or a variation of Trimax that includes gonial rotation. How ever, finding an md willing to perform those procedures is insanely difficult in most places. If the functionality of your jaw isn’t effected and your airways aren’t obstructed or below the reference range average, I would advice MSE in one of its many forms, way less recovery, hard to fuck up. Just get it in a screw assisted version if you are already asymmetrical to a certain extend. If that’s not enough or you already have a more developed mid third, you should get Jaw implants.

Bimax is only needed if you are recessed in the sagital plain and/or have a very recessed lower third..
