extremely long midface?? you’re a fucking retard
@skibdiddy does have a dominant midface on his current face due to an underdeveloped chin and a flat mandible that cause SFS. So, yeah, his thirds are off.

Skibd

Current thirds (approx.) :
31 % upper third
36,5 % midface
32,5 % lower third

If I remember it right, the ideal range for men is rather around 31-32 / 33-34 / 34-36 (i.e. lower third dominant).

Morph with augmented chin :

Skib

Corrected thirds (approx.) :
30 % upper third
35 % midface
35 % lower third

Still a bit off, but better. His overall harmony is improved.
If I project his chin any further downward, it will throw off his chin-to-philtrum ratio, and will look crimson-esque.

@skibdiddy if you have an overbite, I would say BSSO + genio. If your occlusion is fine, then you have to focus on the chin with a mini wing or a classic genio / implant.
I could be wrong though, as my understanding of jaw surgery is quite limited.

To further improve your face, I would suggest to correct the bulbosity of your nose tip, and to augment the upper lip (with a lip lift or filler).

Morph with refined nose tip and augmented upper lip :

Skibdi

Your potential is quite good imo.

yeah it’s not his midface that’s the problem he has a short face and either way it’s not “extremely” long, suboptimal sure

Chud potential, but a good result would only come from bimax downgraft for sfs. Sure some kind of mini chin wing could substitute but barely

Chud potential
With a fixed face, he reminds me of an upper class Brit. I think it's a pretty worthy association (good racial stock + social distinction).

And noted for the bimax downgraft.

@skibdiddy to complete the front profile morph, here's the side profile :

Skib6

jaw movement akin to a bimax downgraft (if I'm not mistaken)
+ rhinoplasty (dorsal hump removal, tip refinement)
+ lip lift (subtle effect from that angle)
+ hair cut for the back of the head ... unless you suffer from scaphocephalia, there's no reason to keep that much volume at the back, as it creates an unbalanced cranium's side profile

By the way, as a softmax with potentially good ROI, have you tried to dye your eyelashes in a shade of mid brown ? Based on those pics, I believe it could really improve your eye area and health indicators.

Sfs patients are one of the few that can get a lot better lips with bimax only. And even more refined nose.
