Ortho said my palate can be expanded with only braces (expander not needed)
Also my wisdom teeth are parallel to the floor so I have to extract them

thats better then, having to get an expander would mean it is very narrow
getting wisdom teeth removed won't cause as much recession in the mandible as opposed to extracting premolars, so don't worry too much about it
