Braces won't fuck you if the treatment plan is thoughtful and based on your unique facial structure and bite.

the plan makes sense but i asked abt palate expander and she said my palate is wide but it aint look wide to me

Don’t listen to him, don’t get ortho, it will mess up ur biomechanics and give u brain fog, look at my teeth with a mouthguard I bought from Temu lol,

don’t get braces, literally do not get braces, nor a palate expander, just buy a flatplane mouthguard off Temu or Ali or something and wear it, make sure it’s flatplane and adds height. This was the one I bought but it got sold out,
