Will braces help with my maxilla and if not what will?
I am 14 years old and have a extremely recessed maxilla
and i was also wondering if fixing my maxilla will give my nose more support so it does not look like a roman nose

Braces are legit Dental Fixes, it wont help in Maxillary Recessions.

If the issue is transverse maxillary deficiency (Narrow Palette), MARPE can help with expansion, but it has minimal forward protraction compared to BAMP, which directly targets anterior maxillary growth.

Orthodontics can slightly help in fixing Nasal Aesthetics, but it wont be as much as u want it to be; To fully fix a Roman Nose youll need a Lefort II or Rhino. but i'd recommend the latter more.

either your recessed or the roman nose comes from your genes if not its broke at some point
