No, but only if you do it right. Ask your orthodontist what actually needs to happen to your face. There’s different ways to achieve a perfect smile but some ways will recess tf out of your face so talk to your orthodontist it’s the only way to know for sure.

unlikely unless you get bimaxillary extractions(mostly recommended by old orthos) If ur ortho recommends removing permanent adult teeth, find a new orthodontist specifically an airway orthodontist
