I been chewing a lot lately i can't stop but tbh i know friends who chewed more than me and are fine & they take big fucken pinches . They have great teeth. I think as long as u take care of ur teeth u will be ok. & i only chew like 1 pouch im not a heavy hitter.

My uncle chews tobacco and his skin doesn’t get affected.
My grand-dad chewed tobacco for almost 40 years and his skin still stayed really smooth. [ He died 3 years ago due to throat-cancer due to smoking and chewing ]
