Below is my eye area and where I'm planning to place the fat grafts, my question is will my upper eyelids even lift or should I just get an implant with saddle. This might be a little bit of delusional but what I'm trying to achieve there is Neymar's undereyes which from what I can see has a lot of fat under his eyes which I think causes his lower eyelids to be so lifted. @SteveRogers

That type of eye area will require some kind of liplift with implant.implant will only fix bony problem.you need to fix the soft tissue problem caused by bony problem

I'm kinda retarded, can you simplify it jfl

sorry i meant eyelift with some surgery
BTW why would I need eyelift when the fat grafts can lift the lower eyes when overfills and also the infraorbital implant with saddle also lifts the lower eyelid?

Because they won’t lift it, they can only make eyelid less droopy, but not actually lift it

Fat grafts will not lift. The lifting effect from saddled implants is also unpredictable and will likely require fat grafts on top afterwards anyway. If this is the only issue you want to solve, then look to canthoplasty. But if you also have a bone deficiency, it might be worth starting with the saddled implant.

So the plan for me basically is
1.Get infra implants with saddle
2.Afterwards get canthoplasty
3.If needed more touch up --> Fat grafts

If your concern is to exclusively raise the lower eyelid then only a canthoplasty will do that with certainty.

The thing is, a sagging lower eyelid is rarely an isolated issue and it is likely you have a bone deficiency as well, so you may consider getting the saddled implant to fix that bone deficiency and hope it might raise your eyelid as to not necessitate a canthoplasty. You will nearly always need fat grafts with an implant though.

I’d do a scan if my skull if I was you before giving you any advice or doing anything for that matter, just find out what exactly causes the droopy eyelids. Bones or fat? - both?; either way just fix the issues.

To raise the lid you’ll need surgery.
