suspecting sleep apnea, tired and brain fogged all the time (I ejaculate 2x a day could be the culprit)

would getting very lean help my airway
 
you're thinking of it the wrong way.

improving sleep will help get your body to a healthy level of fat.

Probably but not necessarily. I have sleep apnea at 12% BF because of a narrow subhuman airway, and a pinched nerve in my neck.

Yeah because lower bodyfat leads to lower estrogen. Estrogen is a stress hormone and lowering it will make you sleep better

yes and my nose is always stuffed I forced myself to breathe through my nose all day but who knows what happens during sleep sometimes I wake up choking

if you have sleep apnea losing fat helps but thats more a craniofacial issue

I will make an appointment with my doctor but I'm so tired that even just doing that feels exhausting to me how am I supposed to graduate college

instead of breastfeeding me like a normal mother would my mom fed me soy formula and goyslop now she calls me lazy and a failure when it's all her fault
