Im mainly doing it to build my masseters over time because I instantly ascend whenever I hard mew since my masseters flex. This might sound retarded but since its doing the opposite of relaxing my jaw, wont it slow down the development of my maxilla. Also, its training my temporal muscles when my head is already so wide so is my head ganna end up looking like a balloon? when I pull my hair up and hard mew, my temporalis muscles look like I have horns on my head

If you’re constantly clenching or tensing your jaw, especially with your teeth touching, that can cause compression instead ofn upward pressure on the maxilla. That can stop forward and upward growth

It can't hinder jaw development since it doesn't do anything in the first place - at least not if you're post 10 years old.
