If i do this for five years
Will my bones change greatly
People have said i have a great bones for an obese

You have good bones pretty sure, don't need more or you'll look caveman, if anything you need them better shaped,you look too nenardertal.

yes for sure healthwise it's great. but, at least eat a lot of broccolli and sardines/thon with their oil, as good as megadosin K2 and D3 since it contains it all.
Do a lot of sport srs especially now, will higher your pubertal T level, and can do wonder for bones later on. Have a good diet too. Seems bluepilled but it's not, studies showed that when you maxxed your potential,,you usually gain 1 inch of height during puberty, i mean more than your predicted height, on average.

well cooked brocolli tastes really good too and is probably the most vitamined vegetable.

Brocolli/spinach taste good and very nutritious
Liver too, god tier nutrition and can taste good if well cooked
But the best tasty food with good nutrition would be salmon, that shit taste so good

pretty sure broccoli doesn't have vitamin k2

Kx is just a difference in number mostly, ie K1 is because it's not oily. K2 is related to oily ones.
But it's the same vitamine, just difference in absorption

im a harmonycel ngl, but bones are bones
your issue is lacking in eye area department imo tbh. but there is no really a good fix to it.

Not in your face I think. I take K2 since 16. I'm 21 now. They did make me a bit taller. Also they harden your bones a lot. Either way I didn't see much change in facial bones, but I already have very big facial bones so IDK. Height-wise K2 is legit.
