sprinting is cope literally no studies indicate that it causes long term gh increases

The increase in gh is temporary and a response to new stress on the body + repairs the damage you've done to your body whilst sprinting.

Thanks for the usefuk information man, is there a study that shows the hgh secreted due to sprinting goes to repairing muscles and not adding bonemass?

you are 14 your face will most likely change a lot because of aging

wait reallly:oops::oops::oops:
it depends if you have good bones, u will lose buccal fat with aging, find out if you have a wide lower third, high set cheekbones and good canine fossa, if you do aging will ascend you

? there is no study because it makes no sense, you can't just selectively decide where the gh in your body goes to either. Like I said the increase is temporary and would decrease as your body adapts to the new stress, so even if you could it would be pointless.
