Thanks for the usefuk information man, is there a study that shows the hgh secreted due to sprinting goes to repairing muscles and not adding bonemass? The increase in gh is temporary and a response to new stress on the body + repairs the damage you've done to your body whilst sprinting.
you are 14 your face will most likely change a lot because of agingIm at the gym right now, and planning on sprinting, but if the hgh gained from sprinting does fuck all i dont want to tire myself for no reason

it depends if you have good bones, u will lose buccal fat with aging, find out if you have a wide lower third, high set cheekbones and good canine fossa, if you do aging will ascend youwait reallly
So yes?… or noyou are 14 your face will most likely change a lot because of aging
? there is no study because it makes no sense, you can't just selectively decide where the gh in your body goes to either. Like I said the increase is temporary and would decrease as your body adapts to the new stress, so even if you could it would be pointless. Thanks for the usefuk information man, is there a study that shows the hgh secreted due to sprinting goes to repairing muscles and not adding bonemass?
