Will I be able to build muscle on a deficit?

So I bulkcelled way too fast and this is me now, 83kg in the morning, 6'0



I want to be at most 73kg by June since i'm going on holidays then and I need to have a lean face.

This was me at 77kg:



Ultimately I want to weigh 70kg sometime this summer and when I achieve that I will bulk back up to 83kg again but this time properly to maximize muscle growth. I'll also do a 500mg test cycle.

Since I don't have much muscle, will I be able to build some on a deficit? I'll make sure to eat 0.8g of protein per lb

You will get leaner which gives the illusion of looking bigger

Bhai eat maintaince and use test maybe add lgd you will explode i regret not using anavar and lgd with test

I don't want to do anything other than beginner testosterone dosages tbh. Maybe I will later but i'll have to see how my body reacts. And for now, I mostly care about having a lean face for this summer. I need it for my ascension plan. I read that people get depressed when they hop off test and lose all sex drive and I can't risk that.

The thing is in my 76kg pic I was training for exactly one year jfl. But I ate like absolute shit and memed around in the gym so I made little progress. Only really starting to take it seriously now.

yeah I read different things everywhere. It's hard to get consistent responses. I guess different people react differently.

I was in severe psychosis in mental ward so i didnt even thinj about jerking off for 2 months

Do the following for guaranteed results:

-Eat 1.35 grams of protein per lb of body weight.
-Do a high volume workout
-Limit the amount of cardio
-Don’t go lower than 500-750 calories deficit
-cut out all junk food
-Eat lots of berries
-Get a lot of Vitamin D

If you do the following you will definitely gain a little bit of muscle and lose a shit ton of fat.

Nah you will look more cut and ripped , which gives appearance of size

Maybe in a shirt you might look smaller

I've noticed that when wearing a shirt I look bigger than a lot of men the same height as me with same bodyfat/ muscle. But shirtless I look pretty subhuman.
