Rn, I’m currently 5’9 at 14
My parents are 6’4 and 4’11 respectively, I lwk don’t know if it’s just early puberty or if I’m just naturally tall, but my feet and hands aren’t as big
I sleep like 7-10 hours each day, and I eat a lot of meat and vegetables, as well as rice and some fruits

idk your growth patterns though. you're pretty tall for your age, and i think you should be atleast like 5'11 or something, probably taller if your plates are still wide open.
