Going any lower than like 15% body fat tends to cause severe upper eyelid exposure for me, also no I have not measured my ipd but it looks very obviously fucked, not Ryan gosling tier but definitely bad

get fat grafting aswell then and it looks only slightly close set it shouldnt stop u from becoming htn

I don't think your nose was the inherent issue, rather the chin recession, lack of gonions and eye area imo. I don't think rhino will make you look average, and the front profile hasn't seen major change

Lack of defined gonions is not a flaw that’s normal for the majority of people. Most good looking men don’t even have defined gonions. I think I’m average looking already. Those are rarer and good looking traits. Ipd is my biggest flaw and it’s not death tier or anything just bad.

But yeah those should definitely be fixed if I want to be good looking eventually, but beard frauding makes most of these neutral traits at worst. Ipd is the worst and unfixable though. Everything else about my eye area is solid especially for my racial group, good eye shape and lashes and tilt

I don’t think bleph would be the correct move for my eyes, I have recessed infras and bad under fat storage, pretty common in south Asians, I can try to fraud it somewhat with concealer but I think the only other thing that could maybe help is fat grafting?

Candidly, don't think rhino made much of a difference. Have you considered opting for fillers instead? You could achieve a decent aesthetic outcome without subjecting yourself to invasive procedures for marginal benefit.

Fair enough. If it's a functional concern, then surgery is another question entirely. I'd maintain a healthy degree of skepticism towards the surgical route for cosmetic reasons. This forum almost always over-prescribes hyper-invasive procedures when there are lower cost, arguably superior alternatives.

Oh absolutely, everybody gets recommended bimax on here even if they don’t need it. I legitimately have some weird jaw issues so I would benefit from trimax in multiple ways, but if I get trimax I’ll almost certainly need a rhino revision, so it’ll all have to be part of the plan. Overall though I think I look average and that’s fine.
