i have braces my orthodontist said she will give me elastics next month to get my teeth aligned which will recess my maxilla even more what should i do or say ? or is it normal i dont know please help

Just say no, or if you are forced to at least ask for a palate expander.
(Might have to get MSE if you get cucked)
