A brither of mine, grew from 17 to 22 years of age still another 5-10 cm

Pray to gandy for height genetics to be on your side bro, it's all genetical in the end for the most part unless you starved urself or some shit. Stretches are cope. Hgh maybe if your plates aren't closed but a decent amount close plates at 16-18 but hgh only gets you to genetical limit, you won't become 6'2 in 3 months or some shit.
