I’ve been in the gym for over six months and gained 14 kg of weight—most of it fat. I want to get down to around 14% body fat through cutting and recomping. I’ll probably be able to gain about 1 kg of muscle during recomp because of noob gains. Planning a three-month cut.

I started at 20% body fat, and now I’m in the 26–27% range. I wonder if I’ll look really small if I lose around 8 kg?. Honestly, I don’t want to go back to my skinny build.

This what I look now.

test and reta asap

Low body fat percentage is more important than muscularity because your face is most important. You need to lose fat.

Order from most to least important features:

(1) Face.
(2) Height.
(3) Fashion / Frame.
(4) Status / Popularity.

Your face should be your top priority.

I agreed. I need only lose like 8kg of weight. I can do that with slow cut 3-4 month period. 500 calorie deficit probably will no fuck uP MY glyco pumps..

Yes, lean bulking is ideal or in my case mini bulks + cuts to never go overboard on the fat gain

a large deficit wont fuckup ur pumps most likely im getting good pumps working out everyday on 800 cals mostly protein and some carbs before the gym, also u should get as lean as possible dont worry about "looking skinny" ur face and physique will look alot better after a hard cut getting to 8-10% bf and slowly bulking again once ur glycogen gets fully refilled
