It’s the college holidays and I am off working. I have been lazy lately and want to know how long will It take to get ur gains back?
 
No unless you starve yourself for two weeks, if your protein intake is high enough, you'll retain your muscles. You'll lose strength though.

Yeah protein will build up in ur muscles but strength is nerve-related and has nothing to do with how big u are

Muscles usually starts slightly declining when not having been adequately stimulated after 3 weeks. 2 week window is fine.
