I’m currently eating 1700 cals to lose weight because I am obese I am 13yrs 5’10

I wouldn’t do too high of a deficit but high bf is bad too, just don’t do anything extreme how much do you weigh?

Yeah just don’t do it extreme and try to do more cardio instead, it’s all good if you get your nutrients in.
