Will jaw trainer work for 14 year old

I need to know if jaw trainer will help me ascend and what are the main benefits+ how much time should I use it cuz I don't wanna be like those extremely square faced people in still in early puberty so also wanna know if it will help grow my bones

you will get tmj disorder before you even get the chance of having a square face lol. just chew hard foods but don’t use jaw trainers

i don’t think it could grow your bones but the masseters muscles will definitely grow so sure but use it with premolars if you can

And what hard foods I eat like 250-500 g finely chopped mutton almost everyday
