I'm 6'1, 140lbs and 15

Problem is that I'm a twink as you can see but also skinny fat as shit, so what should I do

Brutal but it can be done
Just don't expect gains unless you're a total noob. Your strength will probably rise even if you eat below your daily calories, just make sure you get enough protein etc. etc. Don't lose weight by just doing CICO, you gotta make sure you get your nutrients and shit since you still have puberty to worry about.

Just don't expect gains unless you're a total noob. That's the complicated part, I really don't have much say in what I eat, I can't make sure to eat enough protein and etc.

Would cutting for 3 months really fuck me up that much

Not exactly sure what your maximum calorie deficit per day should be but it should be moderate.
In puberty, you'll want to be eating a lot. Don’t be retarded, eat healthy, but eat a lot. You'll want your pancreas to constantly be secreting insulin so that it can bind to the INSR and activate the cascade of anabolic pathway signaling. Growth hormone levels are high during adolescence, all sorts of polypeptide hormonal signals are being released from the hypothalamus during it, eventually leading to all sorts of androgens and growth factors.

How would I do that? 500 less calories?
I would try to eat in mainteance if I were you and do a body recomp (lose fat, gain muscle while maintaining your weight), should be easy for a newbie

I fucking hate being a pubertycel, so leanbulk then cut?

If I do nothing the whole day my maintenance is 2k

your 15 these are prime growth stages and your height is already good this is the perfect time to hit the gym by 18yo you will mog 25yo that been working out 5 years

eat how your eating now and lift. if you want to eat more. eat more. you are 15 and never been to the gym in order for a cut to be successful you need something to cut. you are over thinking it most people here that need to cut is because there fat asses you have a average to slim build for your age. ask your parents to get you a gym membership or weights or something do some light cardio and lift weights search up videos how to do exercises and etc to help you out these are just some basics please take my advice actually putting some effort in this reply.

its genetics man you cant choose where you loose fat and where you store it some people just store more fat in there face then body ive tried using a clean ice cold wash cloth on my face and lowering my sodium intake and that seemed to work to reduce face puffiness but its not science its just what i felt worked for me.

I know, the face is the leanest at 12%, I'm obviously not that low. Generally if by that bodyfat your face isn't chiselled it's a matter of bones

why would u cut? youre weight is pretty low already. Bulk up gain muscle and THEN cut.
