its genetics man you cant choose where you loose fat and where you store it some people just store more fat in there face then body ive tried using a clean ice cold wash cloth on my face and lowering my sodium intake and that seemed to work to reduce face puffiness but its not science its just what i felt worked for me.Mostly wanted to cut cause of my fat fuck face, but maybe you're right, might leanbulk and cut later.
