Will MARPE + fillers make me chad-lite?????

I need some genuine help because I don’t even know where to consult for advice like this, I have a palate width on the very bottom range of healthy so my orthodontist didn’t think it was necessary but I have gaps in my smile and my chins recessed because of the way my teeth are positioned, any advice / thoughts / opinion are appreciated, and I guess whatever I can’t achieve from MARPE + face mask I will compensate with filler or am I better of saving for implants I’m jutting, and the second I’m not, would MARPE fix my jaw recession??

In the 2 images of my side profile, I’m jutting in the first and the second is how my jaw naturally rests, would MARPE fix that recession or is that not possible

Your problem doesn’t seem to be with width but only forward growth. If you’re above 18 I doubt the face pull can bring you maxilla and chin forward

This guy just got no cupid bow, his upper lip is as big as his lower lip and the width sucks. Also its canthed. He would need to change the lip somehow which no surgery actually does. Not without making the nose wider which would be a death in itself

Thanks I’ll have a look, but k think the reason why my nose width to mouth width ratio is bad is because my maxilla is narrow, so therefore my smile and mouth would be more narrow,

marpe would do nothing you look fine but your lower 3rd is brutal, not cl level tho. idrk what surgery would help but getting something to fix your recession would help. your lips are brutal too.

cheapest option would likely be fillers from what people are saying but if I wanted a long term fix I’d probs need double jaw surgery , gonna start hydrocortisone on my nose as per recommendation and I didn’t realize my lips were bad I’ve gotten complements from girlfriends about them so that was a surprise to me.. well hopefully I can be an example of a white pill showing you can still get a hot girlfriend with a recessed lower third
