Will marpe fix a crossbite?

I had one of my upper premolars removed when i was like 14 ( only one teeth) because of theese shitty orthos and because of that i now have crosbite that makes my face very unsymmetrical aswell as a narrow palate that makes me unable to keep normal tounge posture.
