"mewing" is just proper tongue posture how do people still not know that.. you HAVE to mew during development after that its more optional but I would still do it because why the hell not, are you trying to show everybody how low your hyoid can go?

it won’t slim the jaw however u can train the hyoid, suprahyoid engagement can tighten the floor of the mouth
