Will MSE help fix a lisp?

I have a slight lisp and I think it might be cause I have a fat ass tounge and also a slightly narrow palate (My blue pilled ortho said it was slightly narrow so idk if that means In reality it’s really narrow but I had palate expander as kid and I have like a 7-8 tooth smile.) could the combination of a narrow palate and the fat ass tounge be causing the lisp? If so wouldnt mse help by widening the palate so the tongue isn’t sticking out or pushing hard against the teeth whenever I speak.
