The middle Malar area on this chart was fucked on my right side due to what I presume was getting an infected premolar removed. MY maxilla is pretty good naturally, but since being removed, I've noticed a slight asymmetry and the side it was removed has slightly less bulk behind my face, which has caused a laugh line I have on that side to be accentuated when I speak. The line is deeper and more prominent than the other side. Can this be fixed? I've heard stuff about bone grafts, but will that really save me? Is the damage too far?
