Muscle takes longer to put on the simply losing fat, so why would lose muscle just to reach a goal what, a month or so faster? Its about risk and reward. Not enough reward to make a difference.

So since yesterday 3 pm to today 3pm indian standard time, had only water, hunger pangs are insane but still motivated
