Will Orthos Do MSE Solely For Cosmetic Purposes?

I never had malocclusion growing up, and my teeth are perfectly straight, however, I want a mogger caveman 12 tooth smile and a giga wide palate. Also, palatial expansion lengthens the mouth, so I want that change as well. Are orthos willing to disrupt proper occlusion for cosmetic purposes?

Yes, I told mine I was getting it for cosmetic reasons and he said OK. I'm 7 days out from getting it installed.
