Will overplucked eyebrows fully grow back?

I’m so dumb and started plucking eyebrows with like 14 yo instead of just cut the unwanted hairs with a scissor
And of couple of times I plucked them way to thin
My brows look much worse now than like 3 years ago
Will they ever grow fully back?
I’m trying castor oil, peppermintoil and dermastamping

For me they never fully grown back, despite using minoxidil for more than a year without stopping. On the other hand baby hair I never noticed before just under my eyebrows has grown to terminal hair and made my eyebrows slightly lower set, and it makes up a little for the overplucked hair.

not sure, I had bad depression in middle school and did that for a few months, without looksmaxing knowledge. My eyebrows are still very thick so fortunately I don't need a hair transplant.
I think yours will grow back unless you did it repeatedly.

I did it for several years but mostly only the inners and outters

mhm... I always plucked the hairs between my eyebrows, now almost none grow there.
