I know that recovery after DJS takes a lot of time. Will it be faster if I just get bsso?

BSSO is less movement and will be less brutal, that lefort 1 cut is particularly brutal and statistically makes outcomes worse. check mathematically if your upper mandible is recessed and if its not get BSSO + genio

If you won't gain much from it, definitely don't do it. Just look at what a downfracture looks like—it's way worse than a BSSO split. Plus, you get a huge scar above your teeth, also can ruin your nose
