Will removing maxillary premolars always fuck me?

I have fucked up teeth, been in the process of fixing them, last year I had a severely infected back premolar removed. I noticed inside of my mouth, the edge collapsed in, in the area the tooth sat at. I think my symmetry got a little fucked but I think maybe that can be fixed, my only worry is whether or not my maxillary projection will be fucked forever? I can't tell too much of a difference from the profile, but face is def not as full as it was. Will getting bone graft and implant in that area fix it?

That depends if the spot from the tooth you extracted has closed, wich after a few years it probably has. But a bone graft just keeps the bone in place if you recently had a tooth extraced

then it has closed, however the dentist I went to specifically chose to keep the bone in the gum, citing they knew a guy who worked with them that did implants who could make the implants fit perfectly in line with the structure left over in the gums, so maybe he was saying he was keeping that there? I mean, I imagine either way, a bone graft could add a little of the bulk back that was missing.

When I talk, I see a laugh line popping up only on one side (the side the premolar was removed), I'm worried I've lost bulk in my face on that side. Can this be fixed? PLEASE
