16yo (couple months ago), i currently have straight and nice teeth ( i never had braces tho) but im worrying because i have pain in one area (molar i think) at the back of my jaw around the masseter. Only pain when I chew on it and other than that I dont feel any pain there unless I poke at it with my fingers.

Will getting wisdom teeth removed impact maxilla or looks in the future (better to get them removed or let them stay)?
I have perfectly straight teeth other than that and never had braces and decent growth, idk if my palate is narrow or wide.
I havent gotten any scans yet but im just being aware and tryna notice the problem early on.

yes, it will negatively impact your face. I recommend using the search function to learn about these issues

heard a lot of people saying yes and no, less teeth = less bone and that but most ppl say its better to remove while younger or asap.

It's better not to remove at all and expand your jaws instead

Stop going to the dentist and get a Reviv Mouthguard instead.

If you trained masseter muscles then lower wisdom teeth can come out of the gum, but it does absolutely no damage, it just hurts a little, as you say

+ after that they crawled back into my gums and the gums healed completely

My dad never got them out and his teeth are fine, bottom teeth are a little crooked

I’m 23 and haven’t had them out, 0 issues so far

Had 2 of them removed on top and nothing negative happened. Although I would say to keep them if they're not impacting your other teeth, like how my bottom wisdom teeth grew to fit

i got mine taken out because i was a stupid bum, impacted my chin like 2mm, it's a tiny tiny bit behind my lip but nothing too crazy (i still hate it) but yeah i wouldn't do it unless u got crazy genes, idk what else got affected but ik my chin would've been better cuz it's well projected n stuff but it just isn't grown out as much as it could

yes it will. but if your tooth is impacted, that causes much worse bone resorption. If there's pain then I would take it out. If there is no pain extraction is not necessary.

ask your ortho about an expander if it's not terrible.

Absolutely will impact your face in a negative way. In the past i wanted to remove them as i wasnt informed but thank god i stuck with my dentist's opinion to not do it.
