Just go to the gym or excersize, if you have to use it, just know that it's not clinically tested and the side effects aren't fully known. The short term ones are gastrointestinal related, some pancreatitis, and increased heart rates. Personally, I wouldn't risk it.

Reta just passed phase 3 trials with flying colors it’s going to get approved by the FDA likely in 2026.
