Just go to the gym or excersize, if you have to use it, just know that it's not clinically tested and the side effects aren't fully known. The short term ones are gastrointestinal related, some pancreatitis, and increased heart rates. Personally, I wouldn't risk it.

Reta just passed phase 3 trials with flying colors it’s going to get approved by the FDA likely in 2026.

It still doesn't have any studies on the long term effects, also there are gastrointestinal problems that result from the drug. I guess it is safe to take it, but I personally wouldn't risk it.
