i really don’t understand apperantly ppl are saying shaving dry with no cream or water will hurt cut ur face and make it scratchy afterwards


ive been shaving litterally dry all my life tho not even water

and I also put a lot of pressure to the point I’ve broken blades 2 times while shaving

but ive never gotten any cuts from shaving or scratching afterwards

also my facial hair is very thick im not some 13 yo shaving 3 moustashehairs

I use an electric shaver, no cream, and just apply aftershave. But mogs me if you can use a manual razor without nicking yourself.

I would get cuts all the time when using those Gillette, Dorco or Dollar Shave Club safety razor cartridges. No fucking way I would attempt to use a legit safety razor or a straight razor. The cartridges nick me often enough as it is.

I still use a Dollar Shave Club razor for manscaping. Because I don't want to use the same electric shaver I use for my face on my junk. Especially when I'm growing out a beard now and need the electric shaver because it comes with a beard trimmer guard.

I've heard that the Manscaped electric razor is way overpriced and overrated. I would avoid that if you're going to get an electric razor for your junk.
I've been using razor cartridges on my dick, bills and ass hair for years and haven't had a problem. But you need to be careful. And I still get knicks. But nothing serious.

What if you get a skin-based STI from a foid (unless you're incel) and then transfer that virus/bacteria from your cock to your face? This is why I like to keep the razors separate.

My electric shaver was only like $30. I might just buy a second one for my junk. Assuming that its sensitive enough for that. The Manscaped electric razors are a huge rip-off. "Skin safe technology" is a gimmick.

Smegma on your face should be the least of your worries if you actually get laid and aren't an incel. There are some skin-based STIs that can transfer from your junk to your face. Like Molluscum Contagiosum. I had what looked like Molluscum Contagiosum on my dick back in September 2021 even though it had been almost a full year since I got laid at the time. I've heard that the virus doesn't stay dormant that long and dies within months so maybe it was some other skin problem I had. I used Compound W and Apple Cider Vinegar on that shit. It eventually went away after a month or two. Compound W is more effective but very harsh on the skin. So I would recommend you try Apple Cider Vinegar with cotton balls (secured with medical tape or a band-aid) overnight to begin with and see if that gets rid of them. Compound W left scars that took awhile to heal fully. Apple Cider Vinegar is usually like 5% concentration while Compound W is 17% Salicylic Acid. Hard core shit. They even warn you on the package not to put it on your junk. But I don't have health insurance, I didn't want to have to go to a clinic to get it checked out. They'd probably prescribe me some bullshit that is way more expensive or offer expensive freezing treatment.

A lot of skin-based STIs can remain asymptomatic and contagious for awhile before you develop symptoms though. So you could unknowingly transfer the virus/bacteria to other parts of your body and to your sexual partners before you ever develop symptoms.
