Start with 2iu titrate up as you feel good. Dont try to rush to higher doses becauses that is just unnecessairy, use proper supplementation and do your cardio. Run 8-12iu at your peak, whats your goal?

Gh alone wont increase your final height lol, and I'd suggest you to add some form of aas and dht dervs (or 19-nors) to your stack
