I can get to 6'0 if I would stretch and my shitty posture would increase .This is lifefuel for me ,soon when I get new shoes I will fraud to 6'2 with shoes (If I will be 6'0 due to stretches by then)

3 inches is too much, you’ll break your ankle or people will notice.

If people notice you have lifts or have to take them off ( at a house, beach, security ect) it’s completely finished.

How do you manage ? I tried them and it hindered my posture and hurt my soles badly so didn’t get much out of them anyways

wear baggy jeans over it so the corner of your ankle doesn't show, stretch your ankles if you feel pain, don't go to the beach or pool

I use Dr. Martens sandals (4cm sole, the highest slippers I could find that are incompressible + stretch before going into the water for the momentary 2cm+). And then I squat while I go into the water, I'm supposed to be smaller if I bend over

Women would see him as a laughing stock for being that insecure at 191 cm.

Da würde ich mir an deiner Stelle keine großen Sorgen machen.
Du wirst vermutlich noch ein paar Zentimeter wachsen, und mit knapp 6 Feet (ich gehe jetzt einfach davon aus, dass du knapp darunter liegst) hast du ohnehin bereits gute Voraussetzungen.

Auf Org. wird oft stark übertrieben.
Ab einer Größe von etwa 184-185 cm, was auch biologisch als ideal gilt, bringen zusätzliche Zentimeter nur noch geringe, teils vernachlässigbare Vorteile.

Außer man hat halt Nichts abgesehen von der Körpergröße zu bieten, oder will eine bestimmte Nische bedienen.
