Maybe thats why my skin is so fucked up.
Also good to know info, during puberty i had a fuck ton of sugar and i had extremely fast growth spurts but stopped growing early. I wonder if sugar closes growth plates early due to increasing estrogen or smth

If you end up fat you will have more estrogen so growth plates close faster.

If you believe in sugar = height growth you should have been hella physically active so you can slam sugar whilst not gaining fat.

What about insulin sensitivity and cortisol?

I definitely had a stomach before ny growth spurt but at 14 while i was mid way through my growth spurt was when i was very active in sports and skinny however my growth plates closed pretty fast anyways

Can cause acne and bad sleep , if have good sleep and you are not overweight then i would recommend eating sugar to spike your igf
