I'm asking because I have to choose between a few surgeons for next Bimax with CCW,

problem is, a few surgeons are far more remote geographically, and are way more $$$ expensive than others,

I don't know what's best, my main concern being, to minimize chances of relapse altogether?

Regarding likelihood of relapse, does it matter how skilled/experienced the surgeon is?

No

The bigger the movement, the larger the relapse

But maybe top tier surgeons have methods to reduce it - only way to know is consultation.

Yes, agree, but I won't have a first consultation for all of them to begin with, I can only go with reputation.

Because I can go with more expensive surgeon choices, but they are also way more remote geographically
