WILL TEETH EXTRACTIONS RUIN JAW?!?!

like my teeth are straight and healthy but like the 3rd to last tooth like curves inwards and if i put my tongue on the roof of my mouth i will be pushing up against that tooth(ykwim?) so if i get it exstracted or something will it mak my jaw asymmetrical since it’s only that tooth and will it give me gaps since it will be a empty spot?? (going to the dentist tomorrow idk if they’re gonna recommend extraction or braces it’s just a evaluation for rn but LMK!!!)
