Will these cheekbones implants make my face look more feminine? How can I masculinize them?

I'm getting custom cheekbone/IOR implants to fix my flat midface, and this was the design proposed to me. I see a lot of people saying how cheekbones implants look bad on men because it makes them look more feminine because they are not tailored to men and designed in the same way that female implants are. I haven't addressed this concern with my surgeon/designer yet, but this is the initial design. What changes can be made to make them more masculine?

When the implant is placed on the zygomatic arch, it will always look feminine.

(Which doesn't mean it will look bad)
It's not completely on the zygomatic arch though, no? I'm sure it won't look bad. I'm sure I will look better than I do now regardless, but I'm just concerned with looking too feminine afterwards.

I don't think 5mm can make it look very feminine btw
