most of is it pretty dogshit and cope, some retinal aint on the same level as tret/taz 10% azeliac acid is eh since 15-20% mogs it but 50spf+++ is good

night: cleanse, topical ghk (optional), moisturiser

i’d say accutane but your acne isn’t even bad

I would approach it with something like Benzoyl peroxide and a retinoid like retinal, azelaic acid can also help if you want something more gentle than benzoyl peroxide which can also treat hyperpigmentation. I do like your cleanser and the sunscreen, but most importantly you are going to need a moisturizer

Get cicaplast or cicafalte

eh would i even need tret? My acne is pretty mild

plus i already bought it all and i do have a moisturizer at home

well retinal is p useless so if anything u would look for tret, its good for not only acne
