6kg 40 days

6 x 7700 =46,200 total calorie deficit

46,200 / 40 =1,155 calorie deficit per day

with little to no exercise (BMR) i burn 2000 calories

2000-1155=845 calorie intake per day

i raise this number to 1000 calories per day, cut carbs completely, just protein and fat to maintain muscle and maintain hormones. include 10-15k steps per day.


EDIT: i use semaglutide to suppress apatite. 1k cals is easy per day.

i will add the dnp on top. will give me an extra 1.6kg loss at low dose.

but without dnp the plan above would work correct?

you need some stimulants after a while

caffeine is okay but u get used to it pretty fast

I was eating 1000 for 5 days and started cramping up on the stair master :feelskek: my bench also went down by 15 kg:lul: lost 2 kg that week :ogre:

My daily routine was
Wake up 7:40 am And take 400mg caffeine
Leave for school at 8:05
Come home at 4pm after eating nothing
Eat 500 Cals of shenanigans
Take 600mg caffeine
Go to gym at 6pm
Do some pussy sets of whatever I was working
Stair master 300 cals
Go shopping, get 400g cooked chicken meat and a jar of pickles
Go home and starve till I slept
After allat I had abt 18k steps aswell

take it 5 days a week (some people build up a tolerance)

yea ive seen faster weight loss
