6kg 40 days

6 x 7700 =46,200 total calorie deficit

46,200 / 40 =1,155 calorie deficit per day

with little to no exercise (BMR) i burn 2000 calories

2000-1155=845 calorie intake per day

i raise this number to 1000 calories per day, cut carbs completely, just protein and fat to maintain muscle and maintain hormones. include 10-15k steps per day.

EDIT: i use semaglutide to suppress apatite. 1k cals is easy per day.

i will add the dnp on top. will give me an extra 1.6kg loss at low dose.

but without dnp the plan above would work correct?

You're using ozempic at 18 years old? over. What's your height/weight? your hormones seem to be totally fucked, your hairloss and now this. Ozempic is not safe, there are no long term studies on its safety. Lots of reports of damage to the digestive system, etc. You aren't losing 6kg in 40 days unless you're already fat as fuck, you need to tell us your weight beforehand. Also eating at a high deficit is not good, especially not for your hair, starving it of nutrients/etc and your body is in a constant mode of stress due to not enough calories/energy.

you can’t be against everything. i can understand fin/dut, nuking the male hormone etc. but ozempic is perfectly fine. i can eat a metric tone of food easily without it. this helps keep it normal. i don’t lack nutrients, i eat beef and eggs daily. more nutrients than the average person. my hair loss isn’t just as i turned 18, its been progressing slowly.

my hormones are fine, i get enough fat daily, enough protein daily go gym etc. you also can’t blame ozempic for that since i started last week and dont intend on stopping, at least until i reach desired leanness.

I am not against everything, only harmful pharmaceutical drugs. Most people who take such drugs don't even do proper research to understand its safety profile and whether they should take it or not. Why are you overweight as an 18 year old? insane tbh, your hormone levels are fucked. You need to work on being healthy first and foremost and stop coping with drugs as a shortcut. Anyways good luck with whatever you do.

only harmful pharmaceutical drugs.
out of curiosity, are there any you take or aren’t against using? not tryna be rude or anything, just genuinely curious

i don't take any drugs, i do take supplements in areas i'm deficient, e.g. d3/k2 because no sun in the UK and a few other supps but usually a good diet fixes that. All drugs have side-effects, some like fin/dut/ozempic are at the level i would never take due to the risks involved. Go research ozempic properly and don't just listen to retards on here or mainstream articles promoting it, it's all one big profit making scheme/industry. You should try to be as natural as possible and that means not taking drugs.

i think my hair loss is completely genetic. on my dads side, all brothers are completely bald. my dad was fully bald at like 25 or some shit. mums side all nw0 including granddad. i seem to have the balding gene so that’s genetics for you.

regarding hormones, ik nothing special, but this is gym after 2 months, natty. pretty ok i think. so i think my hormones are fine.

and no i wasn’t fat, its just my apatite can be a problem, i can eat 5-10k calories easily depending on the day. if i continued doing that id be fat, yes.

regarding being as natural as possible. yes, i will agree, but pharma intervention can be good. 5-10k cals must be an eating disorder of some kind jfl. and balding, yeah its genetic and if there’s stuff i can do to prevent it getting worse, and regrow it instead of coping with longer hair and stuff, even though not natural, it does become a serious consideration, since i dont feel like going bald like all 3 brothers on my dads side.

as for losing fat, yes i wanna go in a bit of an aggressive cut right now, those abs wouldn’t be visible at all if i stepped one foot forward, it’s realistically 15% body fat. ideally i get to 10- 12% then can do lean bulk back to 15% rather than being at 20-%. in my opinion a better approach, and if done from nutrient dense sources, like beef and eggs which i do already, im already getting more nutrients than the average person, so i dont see a problem in caloric restriction.

i do also supp d3 and k2 since i also am a uk cel. i also use oral minox daily over 1.5 years now, not a single complaint. no heart problems or anything. i will continue that.

Well good luck to whatever you decide. Ultimately, we make the decisions so we also have to deal with the consequences. Only advice is, do a lot of research (independent and not just looking at youtube videos or other users) and then make your decision regarding any drug or even supplement.
