Will top tooth extractions fuck forward growth?

I'm gonna be wearing a top denture for the next 4-6 months while I save for implants, so with boneloss, I need to know if this will affect my forward growth. Can post pics if needed. Please be serious, im freaking out because its one of my best feats.

I feel like if anything the bone loss would go up or back based on the maxilla. If you have bad maxilla, bone loss will make it look even worse but if you have good maxilla, i assume it wouldn't do much of anything. I have good one so this is fuel
