Will tretinoin prevent breakouts due to stress?

Basically last year when schools started i got severe acne which i’m pretty sure was due to of all the stressing i did because i changed schools. I then did an accutane cycle which cleared my acne and now i got on tretinoin to maintain the clear skin and fix some pie marks.
Now that schools are about to start again my question is that do you guys think tretinoin will be able to keep my skin clear even tho i will fs be stressing a lot again?

yeah bruh i stress alot but i dont breakout cos of it. skins glowing bassshhhh
