Will trimax have any change to ears?

Hi. So i am currently in braces and waiting for trimax. my surgeon will do a CCW rotation with a huge movement, like 20-25mm.

I am thinking of getting an otoplasty this autumn. Is there any change when it comes to ears from trimax? if so should i wait for trimax first? When i juut my jaw forward the ear kinda changes…

No ear changes, because the bsso cut goes nowhere near there.
