Yes.

First you must remove all forces on your upper jaw. Start blending all foods and never chewing, keep your tongue on the bottom of your mouth.

Second, accelerate aging. Adopt a low protein, heavy carbohydrate diet with lots of sodium, drink alcohol, smoke, and masturbate often.

It just looks that way cause his lower third was lengthed evening out his facial thirds making his midface look more proportional

The actual midface length changed less then a sub 5 mans dating results after he took a shower

should be possible they just can't change the position of the base much.

philtrumcels ironically have it relatively good because the surgery for it only costs 1.5k, while people with long noses and short philtrums are pretty much fucked.

Eh it really depends on how long the Philtrum is, sometimes even a lip lift can’t fix it.
